Exactly what I needed!
I ordered this belt on the advice of my physical therapist who treats my sacroiliac problems. I can't stress enough how much better he feels with support. She told me to wear it under my clothes so I could put it on better. It's a bit bulky, but not very noticeable with a long shirt. I even slept with him for a few nights while traveling. I can't believe I didn't realize I needed this after struggling with this problem for 1.5 years but I am grateful for anything that helps stabilize my lower back.
