He can handle cold and very hot temperatures surprisingly well. Works perfectly!
I brew hot tea in this carafe almost every day, then put it in the fridge overnight and drink cold tea from it the next day. It amazes me that you can pour boiling water straight into it and it copes with it completely. I've been doing this for the last 6 months until a few days ago the glass inexplicably broke while I was wearing it. Although it wasn't successful I contacted Artcome and they replaced it absolutely free under a 2 year guarantee. They responded to my message almost immediately and I received a new replacement pitcher within days. I think this is a great product and if anything happens to you the customer service will be excellent.
