Has both a month to month view, and also a week by week view for more detail. Is made very sturdy. To keep track of where you are, there are two string markers. It actually had more detail than I needed, but I may get used to that during this year, and use it from now on. Aside from the day to day timed places for your schedule, there is also a section for notes to write a couple of sentences of useful info you may need to refresh your memory, or to keep a special memory in your mind almost like a diary. Also 4 pages of collegues/friends met to keep address, phone, and email address along with some blank pages for notes.The 8 1/2" X 11" size works well for me.
