Yes, it's soft, but it doesn't clean as well as a regular toothbrush. The bristles keep falling out. They polish their teeth more than they brush, if that makes sense. I had some of the few organic sites that were great and very boring, but I was having trouble finding them, so I took them. I won't do it again. Based on the reviews I thought they were great and honestly I can't figure out what people like about them or if those reviews were the ones that gave you a free gift for a good review. I just received a showerhead with a coupon for a free filter with a good rating. I've already bought a replacement shower filter and haven't left a review yet (although it's great) but I can see how this can spur someone to say something is good when it isn't. only interested.
