Review on CompressionZ Short Sleeve Compression Shirt Sports & Fitness for Cycling by Adam Vang

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and there was no point in fully immobilizing it. I did my best to limit my movements but I couldn't prevent the injury. In short, the compression offered by this shirt was phenomenal! In my situation, this was the ideal fixation to help the muscles and ligaments involved in the shoulder joint to heal. Compression is "severe” but does not cause discomfort. I wear it several hours a day without any negative consequences. I'm 6'2 and 210 lbs. I really liked the big one. Please note this is a very tight fit! That made it perfect for me and my situation.
