I received it less than 24 hours ago and as soon as I unpacked it I started using it. I can say that the air I breathe is much cleaner. I noticed that my sinus is clear. I don't feel any shock at all like others have said. I wear it shirtless and on my skin. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the poor battery life. Contrary to the claim that it takes 3 days before the next charge, I think that the charge will last around 6 hours. I took it off before bed and put it behind a mini fan blowing on me. Around midnight I noticed that the device stopped working as there was no green flashing light. I charged it and when I woke up around 3am I turned it on and put it back behind the mini fan. I can definitely say that the air I breathe is cleaner because I can smell the ozone.
