After years of buying nail scissors from stores, struggling with them to cut and putting pressure on the blades to cut, I gave them a try . I've seen a lot of reviews - some not so much. Well, take her away. They cut very well and easily. Do not force cut, do not twist blades. It works easily and makes a very well processed impression. No thin metal. As many others have said, the nail is best much softer and easier to trim after a shower or bath. I was able to shorten the ingrown parts of the nail without any problems. After all, this is the last pair you will ever buy unless you lose it. Worth the price
