Works great. This is the only diaper cream that I have ever used, so cannot compare to others that might work better. But I like that this one isn't full of chemicals. Have been using for a year now, and I am happy with it. My 12-month son has never really had a bad rash, but we put some of this on at the first sign of redness and it takes it away in a day or less. TMI my husband was working outside in extreme heat and had a bit of a chafing on his thighs and I suggested he try this. He put it on and said it provided him instant relief. Will continue ordering.
