Very important! for tires and wheels

This model was the third TPMS under $100 I've bought for my 30ft tandem trailer. (The first 2 Brand X models didn't work at all. I wish I hadn't bought this system first. Liked: - works as advertised, I can also monitor tire pressure and temperature. - LARGE on-screen fonts, easy to read - adjustable brightness levels - solid Basic - sensor battery life seems good (original batteries have been in use for 2 years already) - accurate information - a short press on the receiver and you can view the tire temperature - pressure and temperature alarm system - long power cord .I can use a 12v -Plug in cigarette in back seat of truck, run cable between seats and through dash to display Nice tidy, eliminates "cable clutter" in cabin Dislikes: - DC connection only, requires a cigarette lighter socket - can be quirky I and read maybe in 5 minutes) Overall it was a good product. Drove 5k km with this device last year. I have 15 inch Goodyear Endurance tires at 80 pounds. Provides confidence on the freeway when your tires hit about 83 pounds at high speeds after warming up. My goal is to warn myself in advance if the tire is about to fail. I still drive through the stops to check everything, after the ride I unplug the sensors and put them in my purse until the next ride, I also put black caps on the Schrader valves to keep everything clean.
