In good conscience I do not recommend this product I understand that some pens do not work properly but 28 out of 100 are defective too many. I parted the handles and looked at each one individually. I am very disappointed as this is one of my favorite crafts; It is also very relaxing and time flies quickly. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for these broken pens. I put them in plastic bags and I'm ready to give them back to you. I would be happy about compensation. I'm very upset that I can't paint, especially during the pandemic. I'm disabled by Social Security so I can't do much and coloring helps a lot. Amazon has my phone number if you want to speak to me. Thank you for listening to me. I hope you can help me. I'm not looking for money, I just want broken pins to be replaced. Please send me a return label as my printer is not working. Thank you.
