I like how easy it was to use, even though you do have some training required before using this product completely. There are many features which can be used in order to help with your business needs such as payroll management, recruiting tools etc. The only thing about this program would be if there were more people who could assist those of us new users when we need assistance or questions answered! We love being able to keep up-to date with our employees' information so they don't miss any important dates (such as their paychecks). This also helps me know what my team members are doing at all times since i'm not always around them during work hours.
