Not compatible with timing

I ordered two of these watches. One keeps time normally and the other is VERY slow. I ordered new batteries thinking this might be a problem but it didn't matter, now I'm out of the returns window and have lost money on new batteries. I have a happy child and one who is sad because his watch is not working. I think I'll buy a new one and cross my fingers. At least they're cheap.

I really liked this watch but the bracelet broke in less than a month.
