Great gadget for training the forearms and grip strength

A good all-round gadget to make my training more varied. This makes it difficult to carry out many exercises, but makes sense. My grip fails in front of other big muscles lol! However, my grip and forearm strength was trained excellently and I already feel an improvement in grip strength after the first few weeks of use. I use them in bodyweight rows, barbell rows, and even attach them to a tricep rope (see picture) to do a variety of tricep extensions, hammer curls, and la rows. The possibilities are nearly unlimited. And the last tip I want to share is try rotating your forearms during curls and tricep extensions - you'll thank me later! 😁
