I would normally go for a size L but went up a size as I didn't want it to be too small is for my boobs (I'm 36DD) and didn't want it to pinch my back too much, wanted it to be flattering. It fits well, although I often tuck it down because the fabric that's considered a 'long line' goes up very high and it's very annoying, especially since I sometimes tuck my longer tank tops under a sports bra so they don't looking shorter lets it fall out a lot. I took out the pad because the outline of the pad was visible in the white shirt with the white bra and my breasts tried many times to get a little out of the top of the bra. I wouldn't advise walking if you need assistance. I only lift weights and I've had these issues. Super cute bra and super comfy like Lululemon's but not as supportive as hoped
