Easy to use and efficient customer support
The ease in which you can create new questions or answers along with other users' comments is great! I don't think there's anything really bad about this software as it does what its suppose too do very well!! You will need some time getting used so be patient when using but once your comfortable everything should run smoothly without issue. Customer service has been excellent throughout our entire experience working through creation/updating issues we've had over at times they have responded quickly (within minutes) while also being polite an respectful during conversations via phone calls / messages etc..
Pros
- Easy to use, intuitive
- Has many features that are easy for anyone who uses computers regularly such like myself.
- A plethora amount options available within each question section including editing buttons,
- Very user friendly interface; nothing overly complex just simple enough where no one would feel overwhelmed by any aspect
