I would call it more of a fork but it's perfect for introducing a child to the concept of a fork. The bowl is the perfect size and depth to be used as a spoon, the handle is large and shaped to be comfortable and easy for baby to hold, and the tines are non-threatening and hard but soft, so the baby can learn not to do it. stab yourself in the face (or mouth). The little one worked with an occupational therapist for nutritional issues and I bought anything that might help us on this journey. These forks have been a great tool for us and I highly recommend them. I really love them for what they are but what I love most about my purchase from this company is their excellent customer service. The order I received was incorrect and after contacting them I received an incredibly fast response. The person I corresponded with was helpful and friendly and shipped the rest of my order the next day. I see that there are similar products available at a lower price but I will happily continue to entrust my business to this company based on the outstanding customer service.
