Flimsy, useless for my opinion
These are so flimsy, you couldn't possibly use them for anything. They are as thick as two sheets of aluminum foil stacked together. If you pick one up (empty) by the end, it will bend.Better off getting the half steam table pans from costco or sams and poke a bunch of holes in the bottom. They're sturdier and about half the cost.
