I spend a lot of time at work staring at a screen and I feel stressed. These glasses really made a difference, so I've ordered them several times to keep at home. (Laptops, TVs, cell phones.) No more headaches, no more red eyes. They came with a little blue light and test card and I tested the glasses against another company's blue light with that and these ones I review are definitely better in that regard. They used to do more styles so my only complaint is that their selection isn't as good as it used to be.
