I like that it is secure to store my files because they are not only backed-up but also encrypted when using our cloud service, which makes sense because we need security! It works well with other applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel so you can access your documents anywhere if needed (even without an internet connection). The software looks very advanced compared to some of its competitors out there - at least from what i have seen online.- As said above though this might be due to lack of knowledge regarding how things work behind the scenes. Maybe try doing tutorials available for free? We use this tool daily between multiple companies within one project where most data needs to stay safe/private yet still easy accessible by certain individuals who may just come into contact w us, etc.. I like that you can track your delivery and you can request to receive notification when someone is at your door. You can also use the app to see who is coming to your house. The App sometimes freezes, so it takes a few seconds before the map loads. It's nice being able to see where everyone is at all times. We have used this with our church and we love how easy it was to use. We were able to see where everyone was and how long they had been there.
