Review on Timex Girls' My First Easy Reader Quartz Analog Watch - Pink Synthetic Leather Strap, Model T790819J by Bobby Martinez

I bought this watch for my daughter. She loves it. But her face broke when she banged her wrist on the edge of the sink while washing her hands. I used their "Hassle Free Replacement" to inquire about a repair/replacement. After a lot of clicking and digging on the web, I found that I had to mail it in with a $10 check to cover shipping to me. I have not heard anything. from the company at all, and a few weeks later I got the watch back with a $12 bill for the watch repair. Mind you, the ORIGINAL watch on Revain cost $16. I spent $22 on "fear". Program for the care of broken clocks. If I had any information that using their free replacement/warranty would cost more than the original cost of the watch I obviously wouldn't do it. Very annoyed.
