Good sound quality on mobile phone calls

Good clear sound quality on phone calls. I prefer on-ear headsets to in-ear headphones because cell phones have almost no side effects. Don't know what side effects are? Once upon a time, landline phones would transmit sound from the microphone back to the earpiece so a person could clearly control their own voice (and hear any other noises the other caller might have heard that the microphone picked up). This allowed the person to modulate their own voice (instead of yelling to hear themselves) and speak much more clearly. This significantly improved the quality of telephone calls. This feature was called lateral tone. This is the feature that cell phone designers and engineers for some reason have decided not to add to cell phones. or make it so quiet that it doesn't exist at all. So until either cellphone engineers bring local audio back to cellphones or headset manufacturers start building it in as a feature, the workaround is over-ear headsets that let you hear your own audio. voice during a conversation. The downside is that in-ear headphones are not very comfortable to wear and are not discreet. And they can be annoying when you're wearing a hat. But they give you a natural side effect by letting you hear the sound of your voice. And as we said, this headset from Logitech has good, clear sound quality for calls. This raises another question. Even after years of development, cell phones may still be the worst phone callers out there. Audio can still be distorted and jittery due to digitization and signals fading in and out. So good sound quality - in that mid-range EQ sweet spot - can make cell phone calls that much more enjoyable. There is a volume control on the cable but no answer button. This is likely a decision to keep the headset compatible with many devices. In general a good headset.
