I'm giving this item an average rating of 3 stars as I'm not yet sure if it's my fault or the product. I placed it on my lower back and felt no trace of pain relief. It's quite sticky and seems to hold really tight. Even through my shower...it's still stuck but unfortunately my lower back pain and sciatica are still there :(. I haven't felt anything positive but I'm hoping he has arthritis and he thinks it could be him little help With certain movements he swears he feels less pain and stiffness It's not very attractive to show it in an obvious place like a hand but it was just a test so I say "nada" and he says, it can help him bit with his hand which is promising news for this product so honestly i will give 3 stars on the middle way and we will continue to use it on other pain areas see what happens i need to know more about this one Experienced product as we are both new to kinesiology I thought it looked interesting it seems like a worthwhile buy for what you get as long as you get some results when I stu this tape diere, and i will have better luck, i will cancel my ob sorry and will change the rating.
