Review on Viatti Strada Asimmetrico V-130 205/55 R16 91V summer by Janis Cerins ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The quality is at zero, very sting of the money spent.

In general, I fell for the reviews. My important choice factor was noise, and with it I specifically flew, I didn’t know that rubber could howl like that, remember there used to be fashionable home theaters with a dolby pro logic ii system ? When the rear and front speakers played their scene. So the rubber howls the same way, each tire sings its own song. In general, the purchase is dissatisfied. Pay a couple of hundred more and take a normal Korean rubber . No more 2022 products. P. S. tires are installed correctly according to the inscriptions (inner / outer sides) If you are also buzzing, write in the comments under my review.

Pros
  • From the pros: Normal appearance, all these green-blue-cars stripes, asymmetrical pattern is interesting. The smell of rubber dissipated fairly quickly. Seems to be running fine
Cons
  • 1. Dubovost, it immediately became noticeable that the steering wheel became heavier. 2. All the bumps now give to the steering wheel, it feels like the tire pressure is heavily pumped, although it is normal (which the car brand advises) 3. Wear resistance. I ran only 9-10t. Km and on a scale of 7mm 1.5 it took, on all 4 wheels, despite the fact that there was not a single slip, and braking "to the floor" (abs) 4. Well, the main drawback is the noise, or rather the howl. Rubber howls just PPC. A high-frequency howl manifests itself on smooth asphalt, as if all 4 hubs begin to howl at once, although the timbre of the hubs is lower . it wouldn’t cut the ears like that. It howls on smooth and wet pavement, but on smooth + wet it is generally something. There is no howl on the old asphalt and the rubber buzzes moderately, but not as quietly as people write, the noise is also noticeable.
