After using this gel seat 3 times I have to say that my spinning sessions have become much more comfortable and I don't feel too much pressure on the areas that hurt and were a little distracting during my sessions. When I first sat with the gel I found it better but not perfect. And the third time I got used to it. Making sure my knees and ankles are properly aligned on the bike really helped. Happy customer! If it wasn't for a design flaw I would have given it 5 stars. A knot is required to tighten the string tumbler, otherwise the tumbler will slip off the string. Make sure you tie the rope in a knot or you will lose the ability to tighten the saddle around the bike. I found it to be pretty stable even without the velcro, but it's a lot stronger with it.
