This is a great switch, just with a slight positioning issue. My old shifter was lost and the strokes were horribly long so I was just looking for something that could shorten the stroke a bit and be a bit firmer, but I was VERY surprised. Installation was easy (check out the ChrisFix video) and throws were reduced by at least 40%. However, the way the stock is assembled makes it so that even if you tilt it toward the rider at the tops, it's pretty far out from you. I found that I had to lean forward to hit 3rd and 5th at a slightly awkward angle. I'm looking around to see if I can get some bulky spacers with the same thread size to get the grip closer to me again. Otherwise unbeatable for the price.
