Arrived quickly. Arrived in an open light plastic wrap which was normal for this type of item. Designed by Yealink to fit your phone easily. There are no instructions or template for installing the drill in the kit, but it's easy to figure out. Make your own paper template, drill holes, done. Works perfectly. Comes with integrated cable management channels. Really designed for POE installation. I have found that if you mount the phone to the wall mount and then slide the entire unit onto the prepared wall screws (4) you get a nice and solid fit. Recommended. UPDATE: I found that you can download and print out a drilling template from the Yealink support site for this specific model. There are different patterns for different Yealink phone models, so you need to use a specific pattern for the right model.
