The mop is terrible. Best Mops

Cleaning cloth is not bad, needs some work. I used my own microfiber cloth. The squeegee is so thick on the end that is applied to the window that you need to hold it at the perfect angle. If not, you'll end up with a lot of wet streaks. It is best to buy 2 separate parts, one for the cleaning and one for the scraper.
