Edit: Just a continuation after having this jar for a long time. I can't believe it's been 2 years! I haven't lost it and it still works just as well as the day I bought it. I even bought a second one to change the color. I still support everything I said in the original review. It probably helps that I've taken care of this by simply cleaning it with soapy water when needed and not subjecting it to the heat in the dishwasher. After 2 years I can still recommend this glass. My second is just over a year old and I've had the same experience with him. I love everything about this glass. I have a friend who has a jar of another brand that remains unnamed (Yeti) and has tested them side by side. This jar worked just as well for a fraction of the price and came with additional items which I looked at. The cabinet itself is worth the money. One thing to note, for people like me who don't want to look like a walking billboard, the single logo on the glass is very discreet and subdued. The only other logos on anything that came with the jar are on the transparent lids and are very discreet as well. This is a great glass and excellent value for money.
