Appointments Online made simple & affordable

The mobile app is very user friendly and easy to use. I like that it works well for both iOS and Android users so you don't have to purchase two apps. It also has an excellent customer service team who always get back to me within minutes of my request! Nothing really comes to mind but feel free to contact us at support@myappointment.com if anything arises. Booking appointments online was previously quite difficult because it would require having to log in or download another application which wasn't compatible with our phone network. This meant we had to either book online using another platform which could be confusing or find someone willing to make out-of-network calls to set up meetings / services. Now we can do all this from one website without any additional software required. The platform is very easy to use for scheduling appointments online or through mobile devices from anywhere you are in NZ! I have been using this product since it first was launched by Vocus Communications (now part of Telstra). It has never let me down yet!! Occasionally there can be teething issues but these get solved quickly - usually within minutes rather than days like some other products we've used before that had similar problems later when they became better established businesses/services etc.
