To start we only have 1 spin insert instead of the 2 needed to play. I emailed them as soon as I opened the package (about 2 hours after delivery) to let them know and to ask if they have the option of sending us a second processing installment and if not, I would like to come back and send it back return. 2 days later I get an email from them that I should first send them a picture of the item for their listings and then they tell me what my options are. Um, you can either send me another pivot pole or I'll send it back. This isn't rocket science. I was still willing to let it go although nothing was sanded or finished properly, the hammers and handles were misaligned on some when trying to twist them together, the bag is too small unless you take them each Times apart (and they barely hold up once assembled, let alone after each use), and there are cracks and tears at every hammer handle. We wouldn't say anything anyway if we could just get the missing turning post to complete the set. It was a month ago. Since then it has stood on the fireplace in our living room. Every time someone has to move the hammer, the end caps fall off (without actually being used), and in order to play it we need to find a place that sells rotary stakes themselves. What a waste of money.
