I'm so upset that this bag doesn't work. It matched my daughter's water bottle, which she loves (and works great). The lunch bag is great and looks like it's easy to clean. As soon as I tried to open it, the zipper got stuck. I finally untied it and then opened and closed it and it was such a struggle and I wanted to return it immediately but my daughter insisted on trying. She could open it normally, but she couldn't close it. The only way to close it was to manipulate the fabric with each twist of the zipper. I don't want to risk ordering a replacement from the same brand as we are so close to starting school. So disappointed. I love my other simple modern products
