We haven't used it much and it still didn't last long.

Our 1986 boat had a similar faucet and the plastic portion of the shower was cracked and leaking. It was easy to replace with this one as it was the same faucet. Within a year the same plastic part of the shower broke and leaked. We rarely used the shower on the boat. He didn't stay up long enough to divert the water to the shower to actually take a shower. Luckily this also appears to be an 'RV' product and is not marked as a 'Marine' faucet so it was inexpensive to replace.
