Much easier and faster to make mask
I have several family members that I am making mask for. Trying to cut regular elastic and have them fit each individual was problematic. I really like the quality and softness of the bands but some were not equal in length. So instead of cutting them to equal lengths I just lined them up and put a mark to make them equal. I then inserted the band ends into the mask and lined up the mark to the edge before sewing them into the mask.
- Can be used for multiple projects
- May not be suitable for those with repetitive strain injuries
