Professional Electric Pro Li Outliner is the worst. The trimmer was in use, there was hair and oil on the blade. Oil was not included as stated. I used trimmers to see if they would hem the neck and sides, it barely cuts leaving stubs on the neck. Those are the worst. I will send them back. Your ads are WRONG. Don't waste money
