The product box has been fully opened and not closed. A valve prevented the entire contents from falling out. The buds don't stay in the ear easily no matter what size cap you use. One even fell out as I sat at the table, ate something simple and just walked down the hall. God. The headphone holder will not charge the headphones even if the base is fully charged. Yes. I've tried several options. It also doesn't show a charge percentage unless you plug it in and unplug it to see it blink for a few seconds. Then it becomes empty. It doesn't matter as the earbuds will only charge when they are plugged in and the little red lights are on. What a problem. Maybe it was someone's return. This isn't my first pair of headphones and I'm disappointed that so many things are wrong with them. If I can say one good thing, it's the sound quality. UPDATE This product just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Now only one headset can be used and one is dead. The weird part is that the voice that used to say pairing is now in a different language, while the voice that says connect is in a different language. It's a bit creepy when they have their own opinions.
