I wear shoes in size 7.5 or 8 and buy socks in the small size. I have bought so many socks of this style and I usually give them to my sister in law because I have very arthritic feet and toes and if anyone seems wrong I just can't wear them. They're so comfortable, they feel like a hug. No issues with seams or tight ankles etc. I don't run in them, I don't do yoga etc. I need them to put my feet on before putting on my shoes - that's it. Sounds easy, but it's not for me. I will definitely buy more if the need arises. If you have problems with your feet and toes and can find something that will relieve your pain even a little - it's worth its weight in gold!
