Very easy to use, great for my grandma. What I didn't like is the unlock function for my grandma, to use it she has to press unlock key and * key then she can call me. I had already disabled the unlock feature, but still had to walk this whole route every time. Instead, the lock and unlock feature should not be turned off entirely for the elderly with memory difficulties. You can just press the center button or something else and then enter the number to call. As I'm from the US and the charging plug was in the UK I had to buy a charging plug to replace the 3 pin plug. It also works with my T-Mobile.
