Good. fits accessories and accessories

Despite several reviews saying I could use it as a Verizon phone, they couldn't set it up for me. The phone would be perfect for my grandfather :(

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Slightly torn

very low volume of accessories and consumables

I like the idea of a phone. it's great to hear him call out (even at the highest level). The images are incomparable (very grainy). It's so thin it will fall apart even if you drop it a little. There is no accessory on amazon.com to protect it.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Exchange availability

Good product. Read Review

Bought for a visually impaired friend (totally blind). When you dial a number, you can hear which number is being dialed, and there's a panic floor that sends a text message to five people you choose to let them know something's wrong.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Protection

Don't judge a book by its cover

This is a very complicated phone. It is not what it looks like in the photo. I bought this for a senior who was having trouble with an iPhone. Judging by the photo, you can call by clicking on the picture. You can not. Phoning with photos requires several steps that a person with memory problems cannot follow. Fast switch off by constantly pressing the button. He comes back.

Pros
  • Built-in CPR call blocking technology
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

A phone for my visual wife who is perfectly happy with it

My original purchase was returned to the manufacturer. When I called with the problem of the phone not charging, customer service gave me a return authorization and shipping label and sent me a new phone. The new phone works great, although I'm having trouble adding contacts, which I understand isn't according to the instructions. Phone for my visual wife who is completely happy with it.

Pros
  • Please note this is a 2G phone that only works on the T-Mobile network.
Cons
  • Negative Gift

I liked many features of this phone

I liked many features of this phone but one thing that doesn't work is multimedia messaging . My grandma can't get pictures via text. It was very important to her, so we can't use it. I'm looking for a cell phone with the same specs. Big buttons that don't turn over because she lacks the dexterity to answer before hanging up, photos of her main contacts so she can call just by clicking on a photo, but she should be able to receive photos via SMS and to archive these photos. .

Pros
  • Big 2.2 inch color screen, Smart SOS function, Flashlight, Radio, Bluetooth
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Excellent but could be better!

Very easy to use, great for my grandma. What I didn't like is the unlock function for my grandma, to use it she has to press unlock key and * key then she can call me. I had already disabled the unlock feature, but still had to walk this whole route every time. Instead, the lock and unlock feature should not be turned off entirely for the elderly with memory difficulties. You can just press the center button or something else and then enter the number to call. As I'm from the US and the…

Pros
  • Easy to use with big knobs and talking buttons
Cons
  • No power
