I bought it as "NEW" but what was clearly " USED" arrived. My first clue was that the packaging (box) for the PSU was without shrink wrap. Okay, maybe there isn't usually a shrink wrap. Open the box and find an empty transparent plastic bag - narrow in width and tall in height. Empty? Hm. Next I find a piece of cardboard, apparently cut from a product card for "Kingston Technology Solid-State Drive 250GB - A2000". What kind of ?! The next oddity is to find a "Material Safety Information Sheet" about 2 inches tall for the "CORSAIR MEMORY Inc" product. The last problem was finding something like the user manual, but that's not mentioned anywhere. It indicated what was in the box. Two parts are missing: 1. Power cord; 2. Fixing screws. It is clear that this article is used. Why don't I return it?! As a small business owner, I haven't and haven't had the time to shut down my computer and return the product. While I have to wait for the "new" element to be replaced, my system shuts down. I wanted to post this quickly so everyone knows my experience. I don't know much about hardware, but I know when I've been sold lies. I will add photos after I post this on Wednesday 16th September at 15:42 UTC.
