I only wore this product for a few hours at work but it worked for me. I had weak ankles and sore legs in middle school, both of which hurt after walking for more than 10 minutes. I've tried all kinds of supports for insoles and socks, but nothing works. My previous solution has been to buy good laces and tighten them as tight as possible. After two sets of broken laces I decided to look for different support options and found this one and after only a few hours of wearing it I can say it works and I even bought another one. This is the first time in many years that I have returned home and my foot has not been injured or broken.
