Review on πŸ”Š SABAJ A10a Digital Infineon Power Amplifier Class-D AMP MA12070 Chip Hi-Res RCA Input with Remote Control: Unleashing Powerful Audio Performance by Michael Morgan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great amp for the price.

I mean, what more could you ask for at this price? I had all aiyima a04 chinese chip amps that I modified and never liked before a07 and then a08, a08 sounded close to this amp but no screen no subwoofer output no remote no bass management no tone controls . so even if it sounded better, it wasn't worth it. The only competition to this amplifier are other amplifiers with Infineon chips. like smsl SA300 but I read that this amp is not as good as this one because it also has a DAC and other things that reduce the cost of the sound quality and the design of the amp itself so this amp has about 20- 30 . % better measured properties like THD and the like. This amp has excellent center image and channel separation, it has super clear yet smooth highs, most impressive is the bass and mid reproduction. The upper and lower mids rival or exceed my 4x more expensive Ncore amp with no features. The tone of this amp is great for class D or any type of amp. It has an iron fist around the woofers and you can even tell by the texture of the mids when playing heavy bass at the same time. This tells you that it offers excellent rider control and a great damping ratio. I wouldn't say this is the best amp I've heard for speakers. my ncore sounds better, but only by about 10%, mainly in treble boost and "audiophile" properties such as spatial qualities. I use an Aiyima tube preamp with NOS tubes and for 500 or so you can't do better. Remote control and subwoofer control for bass frequency is a new level for this price. I use the mute button on the remote all the time to use the headphones, they look very solid, like a solid block of metal and glass. what is basically there. Buy a good quality power cord, some blue denim RCA plugs, and a tube preamp, and you can rival anything under $1000.

Pros
  • Special switching power supply for audio.
Cons
