Love having little Christmas baubles around the house to make it brighter during the season. I especially like the snow globes. When I saw this Christmas themed snow globe I decided to add it to my collection. I liked this snow globe for several reasons. At first I liked its shape. It wasn't your regular round globe like most of the others you see. It actually reminded me of one of those phone boxes you see in London. And second, I liked the fact that it was lit. I think it adds such a beautiful touch to any decoration when lit. The snow globe is bigger than I thought it would be which is a plus. There is nothing worse than a "spooky" decoration. I mean, they're meant to be seen, right?!? Its height is almost a foot. And the snow globe is actually pretty well done. It's quite heavy and the plastic parts inside aren't cheap. It sits nice and firmly on the table so you don't have to worry about the kittens knocking it over. And then there's the music... oh, the music. Luckily you can turn it off. It gets on my nerves in literally 15 seconds. It's loud...there's no way to turn it down...shrill...and just plain awful results. That's the only bad thing about this snow globe. If he sits still, I like my new snow globe. It looks very nicely lit as you can see. I know that I will use this for several years.
