The material was good and looked good. However, as soon as I opened the packaging, I noticed a pretty strong "rubber smell". Even after leaving it outside for a week, it still smelled pretty strong. I was able to install it on my Subaru Forster but there is a slight play that causes it to be thicker on one side of the handlebar (different thickness as the handlebar is rotated). After riding it for about a week and the smell coming off my hands every time I ride, unfortunately I think I need to find another cover.
