Review on 🖋️ e.l.f. Essential Instant Lift Brow Pencil - Deep Brown (Pack of 3) by Marcus Cross

After several visits to WalMart and searching the warehouse for Deep Brown, I gave up. Way down and lo and behold, good old Revane came along and actually had these 3 packs right here! As any regular ELF customer knows, they're available in-store for $2 each. This means I could have 5 for the price of 3, but the convenience of KNOWING they will arrive sooner or later and not seeing an empty shelf on my 6th visit to the store was definitely worth it! They arrived in perfect condition and thankfully not melted. Note that they may smear/smudge if oil gets on face or comes into contact with water. It doesn't hold up very well, but it's the only pencil that fits as well as it looks natural. I bought an ELF wax stick to hold the brow hairs and product in place, but it does very little to improve hold. It's worth buying to get an extra hour or two though. The brush will help you hide any areas that you've pressed too hard, making them look unnatural. I would recommend buying.
