After several visits to WalMart and searching the warehouse for Deep Brown, I gave up. Way down and lo and behold, good old Revane came along and actually had these 3 packs right here! As any regular ELF customer knows, they're available in-store for $2 each. Easy to use, fits well, one of my favorite products. I have gray and brown hairs on my eyebrows and this pencil paints them well, lasts all day, doesn't smear. I want it to last longer, I use it every day so I bought a pack of three. In case you didn't know, Elf has closed all of its New York stores, but you can find some products (not all) at Revain. I wish Revane wore all Elf products. The price is worth it, I recommend.

is a fantastic cool dark brown that I've always wanted from Elf Brow Kits (which are too warm for me); Cool dark products used to be almost exclusively the domain of mid-range brands like ABH, so being able to get the perfect shade for me cheaply is amazing. In terms of performance, the color becomes opaque when you need a heavy brow fill, but it can be light enough for the average hand to look natural without a care. It lasts all day for me even without powder.

I've never liked pencils, but based on the reviews, I decided to try. I bought 3 packs and now they are just taking up space. There is no way to sharpen the tip for a cleaner line. It melts too easily and when I even sweat a little. Smear. hard pass.

For the price I've always been impressed with a catchy product. The pencil itself is neither too hard nor too soft and therefore glides very well. I just put a layer of brows in a different spot on top of the brows and it basically lasts until you wash it off. You don't have to erase your eyebrow anymore. LAUGH OUT LOUD!

The "lead" or retractable part of this crayon does not stay in the pen. Every time I open one of them it falls out with the lid or falls on the counter. It also shows how little makeup is provided, about 1.5 inches long.
