Necessary! good for eyebrow color
For the price I've always been impressed with a catchy product. The pencil itself is neither too hard nor too soft and therefore glides very well. I just put a layer of brows in a different spot on top of the brows and it basically lasts until you wash it off. You don't have to erase your eyebrow anymore. LAUGH OUT LOUD!
