I love that it can automate our customer communications with text messaging, email messages AND phone calls in one tool without having to pay for 3 or more different products!! It is very powerful but easy enough as well! Honestly? You shouldn't be scared. Yes there are many functions they call out specifically you need before installing (exactly what my sales rep told me) however once installed - everything just works seamlessly after being trained by an expert who took training courses from InfusionSoft themselves! We solved so much business pain points related to mass communication tools such us; Lead Nurturing- Automated Customer Communication via Messaging.-Automating Response Management System using HubSpot CRM It is easy to use, very intuitive and has many features for you to customize your text messages, marketing campaigns, mobile sales, etc. I dislike that it takes some time to learn how to work with it and that there are few features compared to other similar platforms. We have not found any issues so far. We are using this software for our marketing. We send text message using their marketing campaign management tool which allows us to send mass text messages and manage multiple clients at once.
