Well, first of all, this product contains silicone. Which covers your beard with an unnatural "film" that is difficult to remove. It appears soft, but you have to scrub aggressively to remove it. The "film" also does not allow any nutrients from the 25 natural ingredients. When I used this my beard was very soft but felt brittle. Then I took a quick look and found that silicone was used. Poorly made. Soap, oil and balm - all excellent.
