We love our Coffee Panda so much we bought two! Now we can enjoy our iced coffee while the second coffee maker cools it in the fridge. This is the only iced coffee maker we found that also weighed 44 ounces, so we BOTH get a glass of iced coffee at the same time. I love how easy it is to clean the coffee maker and after a few months of daily use all the parts are in great condition. I recently broke a glass jug from one of our brewers and when I wrote to the glass replacement company the owners insisted on sending me a new one! Amanda and Justin, if you see this, thanks again! I was already a fan of your product but your customer service sealed the deal.
