Classic construction paper.

This is your basic craft paper at a reasonable price. Medium weight paper with good color gamut. Let's face it, most projects that use heavy paper end up in the trash within a few days anyway, so you don't have to spend a lot of money on premium paper. As with the others, the plastic was torn but the paper was unaffected and was just a packaging error. $5 for 100 sheets of heavyweight paper is a fair deal, especially when you consider you'll never have to leave your cozy home and go to a petri dish, also known as Walmart or Target.
